SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days Express Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We are working on expanding to additional countries soon.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@purpltone.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Customs & Import Duties International orders outside the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. PurplTone has no control over these fees.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PurplTone is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@purpltone.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
