We offer a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all PurplTone orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund or reship your order — whichever you prefer.

We believe in our product and want every customer to be completely satisfied. You should not have to pay for something that didn't work for you.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@purpltone.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

Our team will review your request and confirm the refund or replacement. In most cases we do not require you to return the product.

Refund issued to your original payment method

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You must provide your order number
  • The product must have been purchased directly from purpltone.com

We do not require the product to be returned or unused. If you tried it and it didn't work for you, that's enough — we'll refund you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@purpltone.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including any shipping charges.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Orders Not Covered

The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:

  • Orders where the 30-day window has passed without prior contact
  • Orders purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Issues resulting from misuse or use contrary to product instructions

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@purpltone.com with your order number.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and processed on our end, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours.
